Wellness Center at Elizabeth Learning Center

Opened in September 2016, SCFHC’s Wellness Center at Elizabeth High School was established in partnership with the L.A. Trust for Children’s Health and LAUSD to provide school-based primary care services in Cudahy. This center offers comprehensive healthcare not only to students but also to the surrounding community, making access to a doctor as easy as walking down the school hallway. All students are eligible for services, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay, with parental or guardian consent required for care.
